Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• To cancel, please email bethallen@diyhipchicks.com with your order number.

Order Changes

• After 24 hours, we are unable to change or cancel orders, as items may already be packaged for shipping.

Refunds & Returns

• We currently do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.

• If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
